Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the qqamaxwin platform. By creating an account or accessing any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Only Philippine residents aged 21 years or older may register and use qqamaxwin. Providing false age information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
Each player may hold only one qqamaxwin account. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent restrictions will be closed and associated balances forfeited.
All qqamaxwin bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must complete the specified rollover before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
Deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and other supported methods are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible.
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their qqamaxwin login credentials. qqamaxwin is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to secure their account details.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. qqamaxwin operates under PAGCOR authorization and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and qqamaxwin ("qqamaxwin," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the qqamaxwin website at qqamaxwin.app, or using any part of the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the qqamaxwin service and close your account. qqamaxwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes by email or in-platform notice.
The qqamaxwin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age threshold is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing real-money gambling in the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. qqamaxwin reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify age at any time. Accounts found to be held by underage individuals will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
The qqamaxwin service is intended for use by residents of the Philippines only. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. qqamaxwin makes no representation that the service is legal or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on qqamaxwin: (a) employees, contractors, agents, or directors of qqamaxwin or any affiliated entity; (b) immediate family members of the foregoing; (c) individuals who have self-excluded via the Platform's responsible gaming tools or through PAGCOR's exclusion registry; (d) individuals who have been permanently banned from the Platform.
Each individual may register and maintain only one qqamaxwin Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. qqamaxwin employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and KYC verification to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and all balances including any winnings associated with them will be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number. qqamaxwin is entitled to suspend or close your Account if any registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your qqamaxwin login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify qqamaxwin support immediately. qqamaxwin will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
qqamaxwin is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, UMID), proof of address, and payment method ownership documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
qqamaxwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform's banking page, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. qqamaxwin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawal requests may only be made by the registered Account holder. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. Players must complete applicable KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. qqamaxwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly those involving large amounts or unusual activity patterns.
qqamaxwin processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform's banking page (typically 15 minutes to 24 hours for e-wallets). These timeframes represent qqamaxwin's internal processing time and do not include any additional processing time applied by your payment provider.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. qqamaxwin may deduct an inactivity administration fee from the Account balance, as published in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any deduction is applied.
All qqamaxwin bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where a Player's Account holds both Real Money and Bonus Funds, Real Money funds are used for gameplay first unless stated otherwise.
qqamaxwin reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using software to exploit promotion mechanics, or engaging in coordinated bonus manipulation with other players.
Bonus funds and free bet credits expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account automatically and are not subject to recovery.
All games available on the qqamaxwin Platform operate according to individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a game round, qqamaxwin reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant stake to the Player's Account. Game outcomes generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms. qqamaxwin's internal records of game activity shall be the definitive record in any dispute.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qqamaxwin Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:
All content on the qqamaxwin Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the property of qqamaxwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from qqamaxwin.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, qqamaxwin shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or delays beyond qqamaxwin's reasonable control; (c) losses resulting from your own failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your Account.
qqamaxwin's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that Player during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits qqamaxwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
qqamaxwin collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with the qqamaxwin Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. qqamaxwin complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and all associated regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

You may close your qqamaxwin Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any Real Money balance remaining at the time of closure (net of any applicable fees and subject to completion of wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
qqamaxwin may suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) qqamaxwin is required to do so by law, regulation, or a PAGCOR directive; (c) qqamaxwin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with your Account. In such cases, qqamaxwin may withhold your balance pending investigation.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
In the first instance, qqamaxwin encourages Players to raise complaints through the formal complaint process by contacting customer support. qqamaxwin will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
